    We understand that paying for an estimate might be unexpected, but this fee allows us to dedicate time and resources to developing an accurate, detailed plan for your project. Our Professional On-Site Estimate includes fuel, time, and preparatory work, ensuring a committed, personalized start to your project. Additionally, if you choose to proceed with us, 100% of the estimate fee is credited toward your final invoice.

2. Do you offer free estimates for any of your services?

    Yes! We offer free estimates for our Handyman Services, as these tasks are often straightforward and can be quoted over the phone or via email. For estimates or bid inquiries, please contact us at bids@elevatespaces.biz.

3. What if I just want to collect multiple bids for my project?

    If you’re in the process of gathering bids and exploring options, we may not be the right fit at this time. Our goal is to work with clients who are serious about a collaborative approach, and we dedicate our resources to provide personalized service. Our Professional On-Site Estimate ensures that every project starts with thorough planning and commitment.

4. Can I get help with my DIY project without hiring full services?

    Absolutely! We offer several services specifically for DIY enthusiasts, including:

  • DIY Project Consultation: A 60-minute Zoom meeting for project guidance.

  • On-Site DIY Guidance: A 4-hour in-person visit to your site to provide guidance, check progress, and give advice without doing the work ourselves.

  • 2D Project Floor Plan Design: Detailed floor plans and layouts, perfect for planning and permitting.

These services are designed to support clients who want to do the work themselves but would appreciate expert input.

5. What does the On-Site DIY Guidance service include?

    Our On-Site DIY Guidance is a 4-hour, hands-on session where we visit your site to offer professional advice and quality checks. While we don’t do the work ourselves, we’re there to ensure your techniques are correct, provide feedback, and answer questions to help you achieve great results on your own.

6. Can I book an estimate or consultation appointment and cancel if needed?

    Yes, we understand that plans can change. For most services, you may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours prior to your appointment with no penalty. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment time will incur a 50% fee, which is non-refundable. For cancellation assistance, please contact csr@elevatespaces.biz.

7. What’s included in the 2D Project Floor Plan Design service?

    This service includes a professional layout of your current space, as well as plans for your desired design. It’s perfect for DIYers who want to visualize their project on paper or need plans for city permitting. The service also includes two rounds of corrections free of charge if the city’s permitting office requests changes.

8. Is waste disposal included in any of your services?

   Yes! Our DIY Dump Trailer Rental service provides a 7' x 14' x 4' trailer, delivered to your site for a one-week rental. This includes all disposal and dump fees, labor, drive time, and fuel. Please note, the trailer must not be loaded past its walls (4 feet); an additional $99.99 fee will apply if overfilled.

9. What’s the cost for the DIY Dump Trailer Rental?

    The DIY Dump Trailer Rental is available for $499.99, covering rental, disposal fees, labor, and fuel. We deliver and pick up the trailer, so all you need to do is load the waste within the trailer walls.

10. What kind of handyman services do you offer?

      Our Handyman Services cover a variety of tasks, from TV mounting and shelving installations to general repairs. These services are perfect for quick fixes or small home upgrades. Contact us at bids@elevatespaces.biz for a free estimate on your specific task!

11. Can I book multiple handyman services at once?

      Yes, you can combine multiple handyman tasks into one visit. Let us know the details of each task when you reach out for your free estimate, and we’ll create a custom quote for you.

12. Do you offer any guarantees or warranties on your work?

      Yes, we stand by the quality of our work. All projects, past and present, are covered by our warranty. Rest assured that any warranties or contracts signed with Enriquez Design Build remain valid under our new name, Elevate Spaces Co.
